By using LocalJokes you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who can use LocalJokes

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Some listed content is intended for adult audiences.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant LocalJokes a non-exclusive license to host and display that content to operate and promote the directory.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for having the rights to post it. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.

Listings and claims

Some listings are compiled from public sources and shown as unclaimed. When you claim a listing, you represent that you are authorized to manage that person, venue, or business. Misrepresentation may result in removal of access.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, scrape, or post illegal content, and do not manipulate ratings or reviews. Our Content and Community Policy has the details and applies as part of these terms.

Reviews and ratings

Reviews and audience ratings must reflect genuine experience. Attempts to inflate, suppress, or fake ratings are prohibited and may lead to removal.

Fees

The service is free during our launch period. If paid plans launch, their prices will be shown on the pricing page and described before you subscribe. We do not take commissions on bookings or tickets.

Third-party links

Listings may link to external sites for tickets, websites, or social profiles. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalJokes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the service for conduct that violates these terms or harms other users.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
